This solar-powered family farm is located in the remote and pristine area of the Cederberg Mountains. These farmers sourced a Kalamata olive root stalk from Greece and have painstakingly produced 6000 olive trees. The olives are harvested at the peak of ripeness and put into a saltwater brine on the same day. They are fermented naturally over a 12-month period, then pitted and chopped before slow dehydration, resulting in our superior raw dried olives.
