Gathering Place olives are naturally grown on a solar-powered family farm in a remote valley of South Africa’s Cederberg mountains. They are hand harvested at the peak of ripeness and then placed in a saltwater brine and fermented for 12 months. The olives are then pitted and chopped before slow dehydration, resulting in our superior raw dried olives. This deliciously concentrated treat can be sprinkled on top of salad or pizza, or used in pasta sauce, tapenade, or cream cheese.
