Our Pickling Spice is a Gathering Place recipe, hand blended in small batches for consistency of flavour and quality at our packaging facility on Vancouver Island, BC. All of the certified organic and fairly traded spices come from our Farmers’ Cooperatives in Sri Lanka and Southern India. This delicious combination of pickling spices is versatile for your home preservation needs. To make dill pickled, add 1 tsp per jar, along with fresh dill and garlic. For ferments or krauts, add 1 tsp per jar, along with other herbs, spices and vegetables for delicious and tasty preserves!
Ingredients: coriander, brown mustard, yellow mustard, bay leaf, black pepper, allspice.
