A quick and easy recipe packed with fiber, protein and flavor! You can eat it right away or prep ahead and leave in the fridge for easy breakfasts, lunches, snacks or deserts. Get creative by adding berries and nuts/seeds, turmeric and moringa powder, or cocoa powder and peanut butter!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of your choice, (we suggest oat or almond milk)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container
- Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously
- Eat right away or refrigerate for up to 5 days
