Ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 3⁄4 cups water
- ¼ cup Gathering Place Antarctic Pure course sea salt
Instructions
- Bring brine (ingredients above) to a boil.
- Fill each jar with: 1 tsp. Gathering Place Pickling Spice, 2 heads of fresh dill, 3 cloves of garlic.
- Stuff sterilized jars with cucumbers, filling the space as tightly as possible.
- Pour boiling brine over cucumbers, leaving 2cm space to the rim.
- Wipe rims of jars and seal with undamaged lids (be sure not to over tighten lids).
- Place jars in hot water bath for 8 minutes.
- Remove from water and listen for the happy snapping of the seals as the jars cool.
