Vanilla Chai Buttercream Icing




  1. Mix butter for one minute with electric mixer on medium speed. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and vanilla powder.
  2. Mix at low speed.
  3. After powdered sugar is incorporated into the butter, increase speed to medium and add the heavy cream.
  4. Add additional powder sugar if frosting needs a stiffer consistency.
