Here’s a favourite vegan, gluten free recipe created by Tosh Harvey!
Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten free flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Gathering Place Moringa Powder
- 3 tsp Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Heat pan to medium heat
- Add a little coconut oil or butter to the pan
- Pour a little batter onto the pan
- Flip the pancakes once they start to bubble
- Serve with jam, honey, butter and/or syrup
