Wild Salmon in Fennel Sauce

Grilled Salmon and Asparagus



  1. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel and cook, stirring constantly until they start turn golden brown.
  2. Add fish.
  3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped and sliced onions and celery.
  5. Cook till onions turn soft.
  6. Add tomato puree, salt, sugar and pepper.
  7. Add cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup water.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer for one minute.
  10. Serve over a bed of veggies or your favourite grain.
