Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (vegan or dairy)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon Gathering Place sea salt
2 teaspoon Gathering Place cardamom powder
3 ½ cups flour (wheat or GF alternative)
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the butter & sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until light & fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, cardamom & baking soda.
Add the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Gently mix.
Chill the dough for one hour.
Roll into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350ºF for 15 minutes.
