Please be aware that International Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may feel is warranted. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Gathering Place Trading.
We do not refund postage or pay for the return postage.
An Important Note for Our U.S. Customers

After much thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the United States. Recently, one of our shipments was held up and destroyed at customs, despite the proper documentation being in place. Unfortunately, situations like this are beyond our control, and they create significant challenges for both us and our customers.
Rather than risk delays, unexpected fees, or lost packages, we feel it’s best to step back from U.S. shipping for now. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but we believe it’s the best way to continue offering the reliable, caring service our customers deserve.
