We will ship anywhere in the world, all shipping costs outside of Canada are paid for by the customer.

Orders are shipped through variety of courier companies, including Canada Post and are available for you to choose from during your check out process. We have chosen to be transparent in our pricing and shipping costs; sourcing the best rates and passing them along to you.

Gathering Place Trading is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that International Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may feel is warranted. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Gathering Place Trading.

We do not refund postage or pay for the return postage.

An Important Note for Our U.S. Customers

We are so grateful for the support we’ve received from our U.S. customers over the years. Sharing our organic teas, spices, sea salt, and vanilla with you has meant the world to us as a family business. 💛

After much thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the United States. Recently, one of our shipments was held up and destroyed at customs, despite the proper documentation being in place. Unfortunately, situations like this are beyond our control, and they create significant challenges for both us and our customers.

Rather than risk delays, unexpected fees, or lost packages, we feel it’s best to step back from U.S. shipping for now. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but we believe it’s the best way to continue offering the reliable, caring service our customers deserve.

We’ll keep exploring solutions and will share updates if things change. In the meantime, please know how deeply we value and appreciate our U.S. community. Your support has helped our family business grow and thrive. We truly hope to serve you again soon!
