Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dried Figs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups flour (wheat or GF alternative)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon Gathering Place sea salt

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 teaspoon Gathering Place vanilla powder

  • 1 cup dried figs, cut into small pieces

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix butter & sugar.

  2. Mix and add eggs.

  3. Add dry ingredients. Don't overmix.

  4. Bake 350 ºF for 10-12 min.
