Rooibos iced tea drink recipe

Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup Gathering Place rooibos tea, loose leaf
  • ½ cup honey or organic sugar
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 litres water

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add Rooibos and turn to simmer.
  3. Simmer 10 min, add sweetener.
  4. Cool and strain.
  5. Add lemon juice including the rinds.
  6. Cool and serve with ice. Enjoy!
