Ingredients
- 1 large can chickpeas (drained, reserve liquid) or 2 cups well-cooked chickpeas

½ cup Organic Sesame Tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil

2 tsp Gathering Place Ground Cumin

½ tsp Antarctic Pure Sea Salt, or to taste
- 2 cloves garlic

Optional: 1/8–¼ tsp Gathering Place Chili Powder for a spicy kick
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding a little reserved chickpea liquid or water as needed for a creamy texture.
