Our Organic Cayenne Chili Powder is made from the Guntur Sannam cayenne chili pepper, grown on a small scale by a farmer’s cooperative in Southern India. Bold, vibrant, and intensely spicy, this chili powder is known for its clean, direct heat.

Our cayenne chilies are hand harvested, non-irradiated, and non-GMO, then carefully ground to preserve their bright colour, and full intensity. Finely milled for even distribution, this powder delivers consistent heat with every use.

The farmers are supported every step of the way by the cooperative, learning about seed procurement, building soil, harvesting, storage, and food safety practices.
