Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- ½ teaspoons Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 6 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
- 1 cup dried coconut
- 2 cups of toasted seeds and /or nuts (sesame sunflower, flax, almonds, etc)
- 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
Press mixture into a rectangular bake pan lined with parchment paper.
Slice into 12–24 squares and enjoy.
