1 cup milk or plant-based milk (oat recommended)

2 tsp Gathering Place Ceylon Black tea

2-4 Gathering Place Cardamom Pods, lightly crushed

Sweetener to taste
Directions
Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan. Add the crushed cardamom pods and black tea.
Let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the milk. Reduce the heat to low and let the chai simmer softly for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the chai into two mugs using a fine sieve.
Sweeten to taste and enjoy warm.
