Gathering Place Organic Apple Spice is a blend of Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and Ginger, all sustainably grown by our small-scale farmers in Sri Lanka, Southern India, and Honduras.

We invented this recipe to honour the most abundant fruit crop in Canada - the apple! We proudly hand blend our Apple Spice in small batches and then hand package it at our facility on Vancouver Island, BC.

Try it with apples (of course!) —apple sauce, apple cake, apple pie, apple cider —as well as other fruits! Just add 1 tsp per two cups of fruit or whisk 1 tsp into beverages for an apple cinnamon infusion.

Delicious, full of flavour and versatile

I wrote the review while enjoying a “chai tea latte” made out of Gathering Place green rooibos and a pinch of their apple spice. I didn’t expect much of it when I got a sample bag from Gathering place, but the mix is just perfect! It’s very delicious, fresh and flavourful, and versatile. I am planning on adding it to anything where I want that chai, pumpkin spice, or fall flavour.
