This product is a consistent customer favourite! It contains true cinnamon, ginger, fennel, clove, black pepper, and cardamom creating a warm, spicy and sweet blend. It is best simmered in water on the stove top or long-brewed in a teapot, using 1 tsp of spice per cup. Use it on its own in water or milk or add to your favourite tea to make Chai Tea. The spices can also be ground to use in your favourite baking recipe!

With ingredients sourced from Southern India, Sri Lanka, and Honduras, our organic Chai Spice is a blend of six selected spices. We invented this recipe of Chai Spice, which is also used in our Chai Rooibos. It is a North American version of Chai and is a consistent customer favourite! We proudly hand blend in small batches and then hand package in-house on Vancouver Island, in Campbell River, BC.

My favourite chai

I discovered this chai in a little grocery store up island. Needless to say, it's my absolute favourite and I am doing my best to savour and preserve what little I have left! I love how this is a rooibos tea and naturally caffeine-free. I usually add a splash of oat milk and have also enjoyed it black. Once I get my hands on some more I look forward to enjoying it over ice this summer.
