Organically grown and harvested in Sri Lanka, our green pepper is slightly milder than our black peppercorns and are popular in Thai and Southeast Asian recipes.
Grown in the multi-tiered food forests of small scale family farms in Sri Lanka, peppercorns are the fruit of an evergreen climbing vine, and they are most commonly seen winding up coconut trees, and thriving in the partial shade.
