Our certified organic vanilla extract is handcrafted in small batches by our friends at Pemberton Distillery using certified organic spirits in a slow, cold processed, traditional method.  For our current lot of Vanilla Extract, we used the finest Bourbon vanilla direct-sourced from small family farms in Madagascar. The result is an artisan vanilla extract with exceptional quality and flavour made with love in BC.  Enjoy in baking and beverages!

Previously I would only ever use vanilla powder or pods, but I decided to give your extract a try too and I am so glad I did.
The flavor and aroma compounds were bold and rich just as real vanilla should be. Sweet and warm spicy notes to savor. I will confidently recommend this beautiful product.
