Mix the butter & sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until light & fluffy.
In separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, cardamom & baking soda.
Add the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Gently mix. Add the coconut and white chocolate.
Chill the dough for one hour.
Roll into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350ºF for 15 minutes.
