Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ½ cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups flour (wheat or GF alternative)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Gathering Place sea salt
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 1 cup dried figs, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix butter & sugar.
- Mix and add eggs.
- Add dry ingredients. Don't overmix.
- Bake 350 ºF for 10-12 min.
