Ingredients
1⁄3 cup Gathering Place rooibos tea, loose leaf
- ½ cup honey or organic sugar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 litres water
Directions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add Rooibos and turn to simmer.
Simmer 10 min, add sweetener.
Cool and strain.
Add lemon juice including the rinds.
Cool and serve with ice. Enjoy!
