Ingredients
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 grams chocolate broken into bits
½ teaspoon Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
1 pinch Gathering Place sea salt
small pinch Gathering Place cayenne
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – for dusting
Directions
Gently heat the whipping cream in a saucepan. When hot take off the heat and pour the broken-up pieces of chocolate into the saucepan along with the cinnamon, sea salt and cayenne (warning - our cayenne is hot!).
Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted.
Place into a bowl and place in the fridge for an hour and a half, so the chocolate is firmer and easier to handle.
Roll in bite sized balls.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat. They will last for up to a week.
