Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Gathering Place vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of your choice, (we suggest oat or almond milk)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container.
  2. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously.
  3. Eat right away or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
