Our take on the beloved London Fog, featuring Gathering Place Black Tea, our dried orange pieces, and a touch of vanilla! Smooth, warming, and perfect for slow mornings or afternoon rituals.
Ingredients

1 tbsp Gathering Place Black Tea (loose leaf)

1–2 tsp dried Gathering Place Orange Pieces (or orange peel)

1 cup hot water

¾ cup milk or plant-based milk (oat recommended)

½ tsp Gathering Place Vanilla extract

Sweetener to taste (maple syrup or honey)
Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.
Add 1 tbsp Gathering Place Black Tea and 1–2 tsp of our dried orange pieces to a teapot or infuser.
Pour the hot water over the tea and orange pieces. Steep for 4–5 minutes
While the tea steeps, warm ¾ cup milk (or plant milk) until steaming, not boiling.
Froth the milk if desired (frother, blender, or whisk).
Strain the tea into a mug.
Stir in ½ tsp vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
Top with warm, frothed milk.
Optional: garnish with a pinch of orange zest or a dried orange slice.
