Crispy Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 5 diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp Gathering Place sage
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Β½ tsp Gathering Place oregano
  • 1 tsp Gathering Place rosemary
  • 1 tsp Gathering Place garlic powder
  • Gathering Place salt and kelp Grinder to taste

Directions

  1. Bring medium sized pot of water to a boil.
  2. Dice potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes (if the heat is too high they will break apart).
  4. Drain diced potatoes, rinse with cold water.
  5. Add to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Toss with herbs and garlic powder.
  6. Fry in a cast iron pan for 5 mins, add olive oil and salt as needed.
