Ingredients

5 whole large potatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon Gathering Place sea salt
¼ teaspoon Gathering Place garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Gathering Place black pepper
¼ teaspoon Gathering Place paprika
¼ teaspoon Gathering Place onion powder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Slice whole potatoes into thin slices and put into a large bowl. Add olive oil and Gathering Place spices. Then toss the sliced potatoes to coat them in oil and seasonings.
Oil a baking pan, and then spread potatoes evenly across the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Enjoy!
