Ingredients
½ cup Gathering Place basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Gathering Place parsley
¼ tsp Gathering Place sea salt
to taste Gathering Place black pepper

- ¼ cup Cream
Directions
Toast pine nuts in a skillet over medium heat.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it is a well combined paste, adding more olive oil if necessary.
Cook pasta in a large pot of water until done. Drain and mix in pesto.
Use over pasta, as sauce on pizza, spread on crackers or baguette.
