Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Pancakes
- 3 cups gluten free flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Gathering Place Moringa Powder
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat pan to medium heat.
Add a little coconut oil or butter to the pan.
Pour a little batter onto the pan.
Flip the pancakes once they start to bubble.
Serve with jam, honey, butter and/or syrup.
