Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon Gathering Place true cinnamon powder

¼ teaspoon Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of your choice, (we suggest oat or almond milk)
Directions
Add ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container.
Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously.
Eat right away or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
