Ingredients
- ½ cups flour
- 1 cup Gathering Place coconut chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp Gathering Place sea salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp Gathering Place vanilla powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet, being careful not to over mix.
- Sprinkle the top with coconut. For variation add 1 cup of berries or rhubarb.
- Bake at 350 F for approx. 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center
