Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups Gathering Place coconut
Directions
- In blender add the coconut and water.Let soak overnight.
- The next day mix on high for several minutes until thick and creamy.
- Pour through a mesh colander lined with cheesecloth.
- Store in the fridge. Shake or stir before using.
- Should be used in 3-4 days.
