Vegan Gluten-Free Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten free flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Moringa Powder
  • 3 tsp Gathering Place true cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Gathering Place vanilla powder
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat pan to medium heat.
  3. Add a little coconut oil or butter to the pan.
  4. Pour a little batter onto the pan.
  5. Flip the pancakes once they start to bubble.
  6. Serve with jam, honey, butter and/or syrup.
