While much of our bay leaves continue to be grown on the island we call home, increasing demand and a limited growing season mean we also partner with small-scale family farms in Greece’s Thessaloniki region and a cooperative in Spain’s Alicante and Murcia provinces to supplement our supply.
These carefully selected farms cultivate premium bay leaves that are naturally dried and rich in essential oils, delivering deep, earthy flavour to soups, stews, broths, sauces, and slow-cooked dishes.
Whether sourced from our home island of Cortes or from our trusted Mediterranean partners, each bay leaf is hand harvested and carefully air dried to preserve its natural potency and fragrance. Only the best is selected to meet our standards for quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
