We import cardamon pods and seeds plus allspice berries from a family business in Honduras. Established in 1982, this small-scale company is committed to organic farming, which is the traditional way of their people. In our Campbell River facility, we grind their cardamom seeds to create a cardamom powder and we use their allspice berries in our holiday blends.
