Our Organic Garam Masala is a fragrant, aromatic spice blend rooted in traditional Indian cooking. Hand-blended in-house using carefully selected organic spices, this blend offers a warm, sweet, and lightly floral profile with gentle heat.

Unlike many curry blends that rely on chili for spice, the mild heat in our garam masala comes from black pepper, creating a more balanced and nuanced flavour. Its aromatic quality makes it especially well-suited as a finishing spice, enhancing dishes without overpowering them.

Traditionally added near the end of cooking, our garam masala brings depth to curries and pairs beautifully with tomatoes, chickpeas, and lentils. It can also be sprinkled over dishes just before serving to elevate both aroma and flavour.

Each blend is hand-packed on Vancouver Island, BC, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and traditional methods.
