Organic Pickling Spice is our in-house signature blend, created to support a wide range of pickling, fermenting, and preserving. Thoughtfully combined, it brings together the classic flavours needed for crisp, balanced, and flavourful preserves.

Especially suited to the canning and preserving season, this warm, aromatic blend is ideal for dill pickles, ferments, and krauts, adding depth and complexity to your seasonal preparations.

For dill pickles, add approximately 1 teaspoon per jar, along with fresh dill and garlic. For ferments or krauts, use the same amount per jar and combine with additional herbs, spices, and vegetables to suit your recipe.
