Our Organic Tex Mex Chili Spice is one of our signature in-house blends, made in small batches using six thoughtfully sourced ingredients. It reflects a balance of flavour and a connection to the regions where each ingredient is grown.

It brings together chipotle chile powder from New Mexico, paprika from Spain, cumin, garlic, and coriander from India, and oregano grown in Canada. Each ingredient is organically grown with care, coming together in a warm, balanced blend with a classic Tex-Mex character.

Rich and flavourful, this blend marries well with tacos, burritos, salsas, and hearty chili-style dishes, adding depth and gentle heat.

Our Organic Tex Mex Chili Spice is a blend of five Gathering Place spices: our Chipotle Chile Powder from New Mexico, our Paprika from Spain, our Cumin, Garlic, and Coriander from India, and our Oregano from Canada. We invented this recipe because of high customer demand and are delighted with the final product! We proudly hand blend in small batches and then hand package in-house on Vancouver Island, in Campbell River, BC.
