Hand harvested, non-irradiated, and direct from our farmers to you, Gathering Place herbs are the freshest you can buy and vibrant green in colour. One look at our herbs and you won't be able to buy anything else ever again!

Our incredibly fresh and tasty Poultry Spice is hand blended in small batches for consistency and always contains herbs from the current year’s harvest. Enjoy in roasted meat dishes, with tofu and meat alternatives, and also in casseroles and herbed breads.

We partner with certified organic family farms, who put care for the Earth first, while treating their employees with respect. These Canadian farmers supply us with the tastiest and most ethically-produced green culinary herbs, organic mustards, and our wildcrafted, pure ocean-sourced kelp.

Gathering Place In-House Creation

With ingredients sourced exclusively from Canada, our Poultry Spice is a blend of four selected spices. Certified organic thyme, sage, marjoram and parsley are all sourced from our farm partners in Northern Alberta. We proudly hand blend these delicious spices together in small batches and then hand package in-house on Vancouver Island, in Campbell River, BC.
