Organic Rosemary

Our Organic Rosemary is sourced with care, reflecting our long-standing commitment to thoughtfully grown herbs. While rosemary was once cultivated on our farm on Cortes Island, climate change and increasing demand have made it difficult to continue growing it in Canada.

While it remains our preference to source locally whenever possible, we now partner with small-scale family farms in Greece’s Thessaloniki region and a cooperative in Spain’s Alicante and Murcia provinces to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality organic rosemary.

These Mediterranean regions offer the ideal climate for rosemary to flourish, producing a fragrant, naturally dried herb with a rich aroma and vibrant character.

Warm and aromatic, our organic rosemary is well suited to roasted vegetables, grilled meats, homemade breads, and a wide range of savoury dishes, bringing depth and balance to everyday cooking.
