Our Organic Vanilla Extract is a rich, aromatic extract crafted to capture the full depth and complexity of pure vanilla. Handcrafted in small batches by our friends at Pemberton Distillery in British Columbia, it is made using certified organic alcohol and a slow, cold-processed traditional method.

For our current lot, we use Bourbon vanilla beans direct-sourced from small family farms in Madagascar. This careful sourcing and process result in a smooth, well-balanced organic vanilla extract with deep flavour and a warm, inviting aroma.

As a traditional extract made with alcohol, it may not be suitable for everyone, though the alcohol content typically cooks off in most baking applications.

Naturally versatile, this vanilla extract is well suited for baking, beverages, and everyday recipes, adding depth and richness without overpowering.

Each batch is produced in British Columbia and hand packed on Vancouver Island, BC, preserving its character and quality from start to finish.
