Our Organic Apple Spice is a truly warming blend of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and ginger, sustainably grown by small scale farmers in Sri Lanka, Southern India, and Honduras. Warm, aromatic, and gently sweet, our apple spice blend was intentionally created to celebrate one of Canada’s most abundant and beloved fruits: the apple.

Our blend is non-irradiated and non-GMO, thoughtfully handled to preserve its natural oils, rich aroma, and balanced flavour. Hand-blended in small batches, this blend brings a smooth, comforting warmth to both sweet and seasonal dishes.

Perfect for apples, of course, this apple spice blend pairs beautifully with apple sauce, apple cake, apple pie, and apple cider. It also works well with other fruits, baked goods, and warm beverages. Simply add 1 teaspoon per 2 cups of fruit or whisk into drinks for a naturally spiced infusion.
