Our Organic Green Peppercorns are grown in Sri Lanka on small-scale family farms, where multi-tiered food forests create the ideal conditions for developing their fresh, vibrant flavour. They reflect a deep connection to the land and traditional growing practices.

Peppercorns are the fruit of an evergreen climbing vine, often winding their way up coconut trees and thriving in the partial shade. Harvested earlier than black pepper, green peppercorns offer a milder, brighter flavour with gentle heat and a clean, aromatic finish.

Naturally versatile, our organic green peppercorns are especially well suited to Thai and Southeast Asian cooking, and can be used whole or lightly crushed in sauces, curries, and savoury dishes where a more delicate spice is desired.

Gathering Place Organic Green Pepper is grown in the multi-tiered food forests of small scale family farms in Sri Lanka.
