The black, white, and green peppercorns are derived from the same plant, with their differences shaped by harvest timing and processing methods. Pink peppercorns, a sweet and gently spicy berry from the Brazilian pepper tree, add brightness and depth, creating a beautifully layered and aromatic blend.

Our Organic Rainbow Pepper brings together black and green peppercorns grown on small scale family farms in Sri Lanka with vibrant pink peppercorns sourced from Madagascar. In Sri Lanka, peppercorns are cultivated in multi tiered food forests where evergreen climbing vines wind their way up coconut trees and thrive in the partial shade, reflecting generations of traditional growing practices and a deep connection to the land. The pink peppercorns, which are actually delicate berries from the Brazilian pepper tree, are carefully harvested for their vibrant colour and gentle complexity. Thoughtfully sourced and carefully blended, this colourful mix celebrates the unique character and origin of each peppercorn while bringing together bold, bright, and subtly sweet notes in one balanced blend.
